All products sold on StudyKidoo.com are digital downloadable items (no physical shipping).
Since digital files are delivered instantly after purchase, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

🚫 Refunds Not Allowed

Once a customer completes payment and the product download link is provided:

✔ Payment is final
✔ No cancellations
✔ No partial or full refunds

This applies even if the user:

• Changes their mind
• Purchased by mistake
• Has technical issues on their own device

🔄 Exceptions (We Will Help You!)

We may offer support if:

• You did not receive the product access/download link
• The file provided is corrupted or incorrect
• There is a duplicate payment

Include:

• Order ID
• Email used for purchase
• Screenshot of the issue (if possible)

Once verified, we will: ✔ Re-send the correct files

✔ Help access digital downloads
✔ In special cases — credit balance/partial resolution
(No cash refund except duplicate payment)

📝 Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, the customer must:

• Read product description carefully
• Confirm compatibility with their device/app/software

We are not responsible if the file does not work due to:

• Unsupported devices
• Lack of required software
• Low-quality printer or printing issues

🔐 Payment Processor Disclaimer

All payments are securely handled by Razorpay.
We do not store your card/bank details.

In case of payment failure disputes, Razorpay may require:

• Transaction confirmation
• Bank statements showing deduction

We will assist but cannot control Razorpay backend decisions.

• Accept or deny refund requests outside policy at our discretion
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.
